It’s never been more critical to have a solid understanding of Minimum Data Set (MDS) 3.0 Assessment   related processes. The MDS Assessment is a highly technical tool utilized for billing and clinical reimbursement, quality measure outcomes, and SNF data reporting. Appropriate and skillful completion of MDS processes can result in optimal reimbursement and quality program outcomes.

Day 1 of this webinar series will examine Medicare eligibility and skilled care requirements, PDPM clinical classification categories, SNF PPS MDS assessments/scheduling, PPS reimbursement concepts, and the relationship between the MDS and managed care.

Day 2 of this webinar series will dive into ICD-10 diagnosis coding and its connection to the MDS.

This webinar series is appropriate for professionals with no MDS experience, and for experienced coordinators or Interdisciplinary team members looking to brush up on optimal practices.
